Abstract submission

The congress welcomes broad participation in the scientific program, in the form of both lectures and e-posters concerning any of the main topics of the congress.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail after submitting your abstract.

The authors may request a preferred type of presentation. However, the Organizing Committee will be responsible for the final selection of lectures and e-posters from the submitted abstracts.

Abstract submission deadline: January 11, 2016.
Abstracts of invited lectures and e-posters can be submitted until January 31, 2016.

The authors of submitted abstracts will be notified about acceptance and type of their presentations by January 25, 2016. Please note that such acceptance is only preliminary. The final acceptance of a presentation and publication of its abstract will be subject to registration of the author or presenting co-author and payment of the registration fee.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE AUTHORS

1) Abstracts must be written in English.
2) Abstracts can be submitted in MS Word Document (.doc, .docx) or Rich Text File (.rtf) formats. The file name must include the author's last name. 
3) Abstracts shall have the following structure: introduction (background/aims), methods, results and conclusion. 
4) An image can be attached to the abstract. Please note that it may be printed in the Book of Abstracts in black and white only.
5) Please use the follow document settings:

Page size: A5
Margins: 1 cm on each side
Spacing: simple
Indentation and spaces: 0 point (before and after)
Font: Calibri
Font size: 10 point

Format:
Title in BOLD BLOCK CAPITALS
